Submitting a request or selecting a Calendly time does not guarantee that a specific document can be notarized. Eligibility, identity requirements, document readiness, location, technology requirements for remote notarization, and availability may need to be confirmed.
Notary fees are subject to Nevada law. Any permitted mobile travel charge is separate from the notarial-act fee, is not required by law, and must be agreed to in advance where required. Published website fee information is intended as a guide and may be updated if the law changes.
Clients are responsible for providing complete documents, required witnesses when applicable, acceptable identification, and instructions regarding the requested notarial act from an appropriate authorized source. Sierra Signature Services does not guarantee acceptance of a notarized document by a receiving agency or third party.
Remote online notarization is available only when the requested transaction and document are eligible and the applicable identity, technology, location, recordkeeping, and other legal requirements can be satisfied.
