Traditional Notarial Acts

The amounts below reflect Nevada's statutory maximum fees for the listed traditional notarial acts.

| Acknowledgment | $15 first signature / $7.50 additional | $15 for the first signature of each signer; $7.50 for each additional signature of that same signer. |
| Jurat | $15 per signature | The signer signs in the notary's presence and takes an oath or affirmation. |
| Oath / Affirmation Only | $7.50 | For administering an oath or affirmation without a signature. |
| Certified Copy | $7.50 | For a certified copy the notary is legally permitted to make and certify. |
Certain records that are already certified by Vital Statistics, a County Clerk, or a County Recorder are not documents a Nevada notary may simply photocopy and certify. Contact Crystal if you are unsure whether your document is eligible.

Mobile Travel

For traditional mobile notarial acts, the travel fee must be disclosed separately from the notarization fee, is not required by law, and must be agreed to in advance.

Nevada law permits a minimum two-hour travel charge, with pro-rata billing after the first two hours.
